Corn Maze Horse Ride

New Rooms

Rowan has been in our room since he was born and after 19 months it's getting old. We decided after we took the house off the market to put one of the kids in the basement and we let Riley decide who got that room. To our surprise, she chose the room for herself and not her brother. So after much prep work and bug containment, Josh took a few days off this week and his aunt and parents came over to pain the new rooms. Rowan's just got a touch up on the bottom with blue instead of green (Only cuz Josh dinged the wall moving his furniture into the room so we picked a blue that would work in both rooms), but Riley's room is now VERY FAIRY blue. (There's even some subtle glitter on the wall under her window.)

Twin Cities Corn Maze

This is our second year taking the kids to the Twin Cities Corn Maze with the cousins and my parents. It is very conveniently located near our house and not far from church so we headed over today after that. The kids (and grown ups?) love swimming in corn the best, but they also love the petting zoo, hay bail maze and the grand event, the Corn Maze and the big kids even got to do the pony rides! After that, we went to a new place in Champlin called Kaleidoscoops for a fundraiser for Zacky's school. Wow, what a day! There will be lots of photo posts this week:)
