TIGF

I have been slacking on the TIGF section of my blog lately, but this weekI am VERY thankful to be at the end of another contract with our house on the market. I think we were really getting closer this time on price and we had a steady flow of showings, but no offers. I am sick to death of keeping my house spotless every time we leave. I am hoping that I will be a little more organized after three years of practice and I am hopeful that I will be better able to keep my house looking nice, but THANKFUL that I don't HAVE TO do it every time we leave. Whew! Maybe next year???

Mermaid Magic

New this year art Ren Fest, Mermaid Cove was a big hit with the girls. I was not super impressed with how they did the "show" part of it, but the mermaids themselves were pretty cool! We had a wonderful day and then Riley went to Emme and Izze's for a sleepover! Whew! Tired girls:)

In case you have missed it with all the Fairy Garden posts of late, we kinda like Fairies in our house. There is one fairy in particular that we LOVE! Twig the Fairy visits the Renaissance Festival every year and Riley adores her...and really so do the rest of us. Rowan and Josh included:) So we got to visit her in AZ this past winter and then we got to go this weekend here in MN with two of Riley's favorite girls who we rarely see anymore, Emme and Izze! (They go to school full time during the school year now so their nanny, my friend Shannon, works for another family now.) So far a Fantastic weekend! Cornfest is also this weekend and Emme and Izze will be joining us today for that!

Ok, so with everyone heading back to school we are SMOOSHING as many play dates in as possible, especially with my teacher friends and kids going to school full days now. Yesterday, we headed to Edina for a park and picnic date with my college roomie (teacher) and her boys. We spent 4 hours there with perfect weather and constant airplanes and bulldozer/backhoes to entertain! (There was a construction project farther back of the park.) A GREAT day! Thanks Jeca!

Fairy Garden

When we came home from Vacation, the Garden Fairy had been to our house and created a BEAUTIFUL garden in our back yard...complete with awesome solar decor! Thank you Garden Fairy!
