Ren Fest in the Rain!

This weekend we had to visit our favorite Fairy, Twig, at the Ren. Fest. She is a bit of an obsession around our house. We have also added Mermaid Cove to our list of favorites there. This year, Meg wanted to take the girls to meet Twig...unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and we had already bought tickets in advance so

since this was the last weekend of the Fest, we had to go in the rain...but we still had fun!

Slacking Again...

Ok, so Meg is yelling at me again to post...sorry, I am keeping busy, but just forgetting to bring the camera with me to take pics...here's what we have been up to...Start with last week.

When Riley started school last year, my mom and I went to Psycho Suzi's to eat lunch on the patio because I had wanted to go all summer and didn't have the time. It's a fantastic view on a sunny Fall day so we kinda decided to make it a tradition. This year, we invited my sisters and all the littles who were not in school so the kids could enjoy the backhoe and barge traffic across the river and of course the bald eagle flying overhead! Perfect day for celebrating back-to-school!

Today our spunky, funny, bright shiny niece, Kiley, turns the GOLDEN 5!!!! Can't wait to celebrate, munchkin!!!

AZ Family!

My aunt and uncle are in town from AZ this weekend so we we had dinner at my parents last week. Here are all 6 kiddos with Great Uncle Mike and Great Auntie Pat!

On the bus with her buddy Gavin! In the next week he new girl on the block and Gavin's little brother, Gave will be joining them. Going to be a fun year at the bus stop!
