Good-Bye House

Anyone want to buy a 4-level split in Champlin? We have our house on the market...finally! Well, it's been on the market for two weeks, really but I just figured out how to download pics on my parents' computer... We had Rowan sleeping in our room and it was time to figure out a way for him to have his own place to sleep at night. So our house of the past 7 years is now ready for a new family...any takers?

Friends of the Future

We went to a BBQ at our friend Jim and Erica's place this weekend and finally got to meet Q....or Quinlan if you prefer...He was born two days before my sister's baby Brynn in December and it has taken us a while to get our schedules worked out to meet the little guy. And just for fun, Erica is due in September which makes her 26 weeks. Baby Center's web site always tells you how big your "inside baby" is by comparing to a vegetable or a fruit of some kind. Jim thought Erica was 25 weeks which would have been Rutebegga so we bought one to take a picture of the "three boys" (Q - 5 months, Rowan - 3.5 months and Gabe - due September)...as it turns out we should have bought a hot house cucumber:)

TIGF -Delayed

I know this is a day late and a dollar short, but I didn't do one last week because I was out of town and that's part of my thankful thought of the day. I am thankful that we had a great weekend away with my mom and sisters and that my mom has such a great group of friends that let us tag along for the weekend. I am also thankful that our house is officially on the market and that we have a set of circumstances that allows me to stress less about keeping up the house with a 3-year-old and a 3-month-old...and last, I'm thankful the 3-month-old slept 6 hours last night so I got some sleep before heading to a dumb work meeting at 8 a.m. on a holiday weekend. Ugh. Retail:) Off to Caribou:)
