Happy Anniversary!

Today is our 10 year anniversary. Who knew 10 years ago that we would be living in Champlin with two children and working on Happily Ever After. It's been a crazy year, but a good one in many ways! I love you Josh!

Random Bee Hive

Dad and I were driving home from my latest doctor's appointment to determine the cause of my medical mystery when Dad thought he saw a huge owl in a tree. Being a fellow bird nerd, I turned around to see. Turns out it wasn't a bird at all, but a HUGE hive in a tree. But we can't figure out how this is hanging because it looks like it hangs up, not down??

This post is also in honor of Josh and his friend Jimmy who fear bees like nothing else...Today is Jimmy and his wife Erica's anniversary:) Happy Anniversary guys!

Doodle Alarm

I now have a new alarm clock...well, technically Doodle has been my alarm clock since February, but now he sits up in his crib, pulls himself to kneeling and turns on his music projector outside his crib all by himself! He was pretty proud of he new skill! No picture again. I don't keep the camera by my bed at 7 a.m.

Fall Leaves

I have been waiting for the perfect blue sky and the right place with some pretty leaves this Fall. I was worried with the possible freeze this weekend that I wouldn't get anything before the leaves dropped. This week I was at church of all places and got these shots. I love Fall:) Never used to admit that because it comes too close winter, but I do! I hope the leaves hang on a few more weeks until our anniversary trip to Stillwater, but I love how these turned out anyway:)

Busy Weekend!

This was another busy weekend for us. It's not over yet, but the fun stuff is mostly done so here's a recap. This weekend, our friend Becky got married to Jon and we celebrated by dancing the night away. Riley literally didn't want to leave the dance floor. She was studying people's moves, then trying to find the photographer so she could show off what she had learned. Sorry Beck if she was hamming it up for the camera!

Saturday was also Pumpkin Fest at our church. It's a free fun day for the kids. My parents and sister Katie run the event and I helped out a little with the book drive. It was so much fun! I will post a few pics from the wedding today. More from Pumpkin Fest tomorrow.
