End of Story #1

In the interest of not boring you too much, I skipped over the last part of the story. But the end was kinda funny...at least to me anyway;)

Rowan Update

Rowan still has no teeth, but he is pretty much eating all solid foods. He doesn't want much to do with the mushy kind anymore. He is also a VERY good mimic. I wouldn't say he is talking yet, but he says things that sound a lot like Mama, Daddy, Ah-Da (all done), bottle, and Macy (did I mention we are watching Meg's dog?). He still doesn't sleep through the night. He stands up and walks along furniture. Josh said he stood without the furniture for a second the other night, but no steps yet.

Cookie Exchange

Ok, so maybe it wasn't my best choice, but I was watching Adrienne and Brynn the other day...and Macy was here too...so that's the perfect time to bake cookies, right? Yikes! I have a cookie exchange today with some friends from high school and I needed to get my baking done. So I used some little baking elves...I promise they washed their hands and didn't eat any of the batter. They were very good helpers...if not a little messy;) And yes, this did require me standing on a chair.

Random Winter

Since it's supposed to snow another 3-6 inches today, I don't know if these will still hang in there so I thought I would post. Who knows, maybe they will be even prettier with snow on them, but I find that snow tends to mess things up:) I know I know...bah-humbug;)

Poor Macy!

We are watching one of my sister's dogs while she is basking in the Cali sun. Poor Macy is Riley's best friend right now. It took us over an hour and a half to convince Macy that she NEEDED to sleep with Riley last night and then they were both up as soon as Macy hear Josh get ready for work at 5:45 this morning. Riley won't go anywhere in the house without Macy...poor dog! Sorry this is dark, but I wasn't going to risk Macy wanting to come with me and leave Riley...it was already WAY past bedtime!
