Swimming...lessons?!?!

Rowan still continues to float along in swimming lessons...Josh has been taking him while I get Riley to softball...We keep loosing or forgetting the goggles and he doesn't want to put his face in the water without them! Sigh. But he is making progress...a little.

Mother's Day ~ Cooley Side

In keeping with the bird and not people pics, there is only one pic with people in it, but at least this time we got some grown ups! Didn't see much of the kids at Meg's house, they were playing upstairs most of the time! The boys made us steak and salads and some yummy desserts!

Mother's Day - Family Walk

For Mother's Day I wanted to go on a family walk...Josh wanted to drive his car so we decided to drive to Oak Grove Park instead of just walking around the neighborhood. So glad we did, it was a beautiful night and we say this Scarlet Tanager right in the picnic grounds area. I was SOOOOO excited because I have never seen one in person before! So Cool!

Mother's Day

We had a pretty eventful Mother's Day this year...We celebrated on the Schuster Side on Saturday...with a big announcement from Auntie Jess and Uncle Cory! We will be celebrating a new baby in November!!! Can't wait :) Wish we were taking pics of the present opening this year...epic FAIL on our part. (noticing we are taking less and less pics of grown ups and more and more of small people and critters?!?!) Anyway, they bought Linda a charm bracelet and there were 4 charms instead of three on it...sneaky Jess! Pretty cool reaction :)

Softball Starts

We have begun our second year of softball this year too! We are the Martins...all bird themes this year! (Perfect for my little Bird Nerd!) The kid can really crank it :)

Ok...catching up...

Ok, so the last two weekends were a busy blur. I am way behind in posting these, but I shall update you now! The last post was from the AHS Walk...that was Saturday, that Sunday was Riley's 1st Communion...where did that 8 years go? She also volunteered to bring up the gifts! She did great and she's pretty proud that she gets do go up every week now and participate! She says she's only going to do the wine though if Grandma Trish is serving :)
