Duck Soup Softball

This weekend was the Duck Soup Softball Fiasco...This year's theme: Alice in Wonderland. Yikes I am getting old...the past few years I have been able to manage the team and not play. But this year we came up short on girls in a few spots. Ouch! We placed #2 in the B Division, We also took home hardware for Best Costumes, Cutest Baby (Thus the Elliot overload) and The Hot Dog Eating trophy...oh and one for losing something at the Soup...too bad it was our Son that went missing :( No worries...we found him!

LFLs of Brainerd

These will be the last of the Nisswa Trip pics. There are more...but there are SO MANY. While we were up there we visited two Little Free Libraries. One we had been to before on girls weekend (22 Juniper) and one I knew was there, but it doesn't show up on the world map (512 7th Ave...or maybe St?) that a friend just happened to find for me the week before. I got a better picture of the house that goes with the one on Juniper...both the LFL and the house are kinda whimsical!

Nisswa!

We hit the turtle races as always when we were up in Nisswa this summer. No winners, but Rowans turtle was probably closest. Here's the run-down: Races, Chocolate Ox for Ice Cream, a little shopping, and Fun Sisters for some glitter eyes!
