The Enchanted Owl!

Well, our Little Free Library is 1 year old this week! We had a party to celebrate and disclose our new name! We are now The Enchanted Owl - Little Free Library #15014! We had about 40 people at the party on one HOT and STICKY day! So much fun! Even people from the community I had never met before. Totally had my geeking out face on all day! Thanks everyone who came and made it awesome!

Soccer

Sorry...no one should have to look at Tater Tots for over a week...how about some soccer tots instead:) I am happy to report that Rowan actually seems to be paying attention at soccer this year and kinda gets the point...last year, tag was more of his "soccer" style. This year, drills so far are going great! He's on a team with Brynnie and one of his PreK buddies, Q. And at least one teammate from last year, who happens to be the coaches kid. Might be a fun year!

Another PSA...

As part of the Influenster VoxBox that I received a while back, I got a bunch of free stuff to try out and review. One of the items was from Ore-Ida and it took me a little bit because I had a coupon to turn in when I went shopping for a "free bag" of tater tots or easy fries. The verdict is in. We had them for dinner the other night and the kids loved them! And of course Josh...my tater-tot-loving hubby also approved!

After the Arboretum...

After the Arboretum, Josh wanted to stop at the chiropractor on the way home so I had him drop the kids and I off at the MG Public Library...and we headed out back behind the library for a walk...a very short walk...before we found all kinds of critters to explore!
