Angie Koos Photography!!!

We got our family photos done again this year with the amazing Angie Koos...a former nurse at our clinic who had to leave nursing because her child had a liver transplant and she needed to be home with him...and I am happy to say her little guy is doing great and in the meantime Angie has started a career in Photography! She has an amazing talent! These are just SOME of her awesome work. I am saving a few until I make Christmas cards and then I will post those :) As you can see Rowan was in full-on HAM mode that day! But we did get some great shots with and without ham!

Ren Fest Fun!

Yesterday we made out annual trip to Ren Fest to visit Twig the Fairy. Sad news of the day, this is her last year at the MN Ren Fest. Now we will have to travel to AZ to see her, which won't be nearly often enough! She knows we visit every year and recognizes the kids...and Josh...she even gave us a free video and two signed posters when we went to say goodbye!

On a brighter note, we have a very special Mermaid to visit now who also doubles as part of the Royal Court. Rowan's student teacher from Kindergarten has been a mermaid for a few years and we did kinda know her before she was in his class, but we were super excited to get to know her better and Rowan could not WAIT to visit Mermaid Cove to see her again! She also told us about a Children's Knighting ceremony and said she would love for Rowan to be there...so she could present him to the king herself to be knighted! It was such a cool thing to watch and Rowan was so proud! How cool!
