It's Official!

I posted a picture from Linda's birthday on Friday, specifically to see who would notice a secret message and congrats to Diane Bartsch who did! In the picture, Riley is wearing a T-shirt that says Big Sister!!! I do not wait the customary 3 months to spill the beans, I just can't do it! If all goes well in the next few months, our little family will be growing, hopefully by one, somewhere near Feb. 26th 2010! That makes us almost 7 weeks in...And yes, my sister, Meg is also expecting...I figure we should be about 2 months apart. When I was pregnant with Riley, Katie was preggers too. I guess I don't like to do this alone:)

On a pregnant brain note, if you notice my typing is backwards or unreadable, I'm convinved (see what I mean...convinced) my typing is affected by this little person. I apologize and hope it comes back to me next spring!

Happy 5th of July!

We celebrated the 4th with some of my friends from work. We grilled, hung out in the hot tub and Riley had a great time on the swing-set out back. We even got bomb pops from the Ice Cream Man! Then as always our neighbors held an illegal light show that kept Roo up all night. But we survived...barely!

Happy Birthday Linda!

Today is Josh's mom's birthday. Happy birthday Grandma Linda! We celebrated on Friday night so here are some pics of the festivities. Grandma's cake had VERY blue frosting so everyone had blue teeth and tongues by the end of the night. Riley thought that was pretty funny!

Catching Up Again

Ok, Josh cleared some of the stuff off our computer so we're not at max memory capacity anymore so I figured now was a good time to upload some more pictures and catch up on the past week or so. Here's a picture of us at the park looking for four-leaf clovers and a picture of the kids riding the Grandma Train at golf day on Tuesday. The rest will come in specific posts.

I'm stealing this one!

I am stealing this story from Meg because I needed something to blog about and it involves Adrienne's obsession with Riley.

Adee was saying Riley Rose over and over today (for no reason...we didn't see them today, in fact we haven't seen them since Tuesday), so Meg tried to tell her to say Riley Rose Schuster. Since Riley can't pronounce that, (It's Stoo-Ster to her), it's no surprise that Adee has her own version. For Riley Rose Schuster, she says Riley Rose Shoes On! For just Schuster she says Toot -toot... Did I get that right Meg? So cute!!!

Revenge of the Pluggy Fairy

Ok, I know it's been a few days since my last post. There are several reasons for this problem.

1. Our computer is getting dangerously low on memory and I'm afraid to download more pics until the problem has been resolved.

2. The Pluggy Fairy came to our house early this week and took Riley's pacifiers to give to some other baby girl or boy and this has made for some interesting sleep situations...both issues with going to bed and staying asleep, and with taking naps at all. So with no naps I'm not getting as much time to write and with lack of sleep at night, I'm tired and want to nap if she does;)

With this in mind, I'm hoping both problems should be resolved soon and we will be back to a normal routine of posting, with pics, very soon. We're already improving on the going to bed routine, I'm just hoping to get nap time back soon too!
