Meg's Wine Nite!

My Brother-in-law, Chris took my nieces, Adie and Brynn, and the big dog, Dex, to Wisconsin for the weekend so Meg could have a Girls Nite Wine Party at their place, and some quiet time. We each brought a bottle of wine and a appetizer of sorts and had a fun night with my two sisters and three of Meg's neighbors. I found out that I like a red! It's called Yellow Tail Sweet Red Roo! (I bought that one cuz we call Riley Roo!)

While I was at the party and Riley was at her sleepover, Josh and Rowan had boys night...which is apparently top secret and involves lots of hockey and Sprout? Shhhh, don't tell! Thank you Josh for letting me get out with the girls! Everyone had a great weekend!

Riley's First Sleepover!

My friend Shannon invited Riley to sleep over with Emme and Izze when she had them for this past weekend (She used to be their nanny, but still takes them when the parents are away on weekends, etc.). It was Riley's first non-grandparent sleepover and it was a HUGE success. She said it was the best day ever. She even left without tears, which I was totally prepared for, but didn't have to deal with. There was lots of dress up, and mani/pedis and even pancakes for breakfiast...Riley was in girly heaven! Thank you Shan!

Snowy Leap Day

Here's a wet recap of our slushy Snow Day/Leap Day. I didn't take a pic of the tree branch that snapped of the neighbor's tree but you can see how low our trees were hanging from the weight of the snow.

Animal Feeding Snowmen

Our bird feeders were covered by snow, so we decided to make a snowman who feeds animals. Carrot nose and birdseed hair:)

Waiting for Lunch

After we went to Build-A-Bear we were going to lunch to celebrate Grandma Trish's birthday. It was too early to meet Katie and Kiley so we went to the Ridgedale play area for a while.
