My friend Shannon invited Riley to sleep over with Emme and Izze when she had them for this past weekend (She used to be their nanny, but still takes them when the parents are away on weekends, etc.). It was Riley's first non-grandparent sleepover and it was a HUGE success. She said it was the best day ever. She even left without tears, which I was totally prepared for, but didn't have to deal with. There was lots of dress up, and mani/pedis and even pancakes for breakfiast...Riley was in girly heaven!
