Last night we hosted a dinner shin-dig with 5 girls we went to high school with and their families. I include Josh in the title because he went to TG with us too. This is the "normal" bunch of girls with whome we try to get together maybe once a month, but it turns out to work some months better than others.
Last night we added one new family to the mix. Carissa hung out with a different crown most of our TG days, but thanks to the joys of Facebook we have all come to be better friends with her now and her family was a welcome addition! Also, this was the first time we got to meet Emily's fiance, Jeremy! It was so good to finally meet him and they were headed out for the weekend from our place so they had his dog too...Did I mention how Riley wants a puppy? This morning she was telling me we had a puppy in the yard...she missed her already!
Thanks, Ladies and Fams for a great night! We really enjoyed ourselves and I think all the kids did too!
